    Hot Sculpt is a high-energy, music-driven  Pilates class  with fusion of strength training, creating dynamic sculpting movements — all done in an infrared heated room to elevate your endurance, deepen your mobility, and leave you glowing from the inside out. Expect a mix of light weights, resistance bands, wheels, gliders , blocks and bodyweight flows designed to tone, strengthen, and sculpt every major muscle group.

    The heat (infrared) boosts circulation, enhances flexibility, supports muscle recovery, and helps you tap into a powerful mind–body connection. This is your time to challenge yourself and transform how strong you feel.

Tone & Align is a non-heated, low-impact mat Pilates class focused on alignment, breath, and controlled movement to build deep core strength, improve posture, and create long, balanced muscles.

  • Tone & Align is a non-heated, low-impact mat Pilates class designed to build deep core strength, improve posture, and create long, balanced muscles. This class focuses on proper alignment, breath awareness, and intentional movement to support strength, stability, and mobility.

    Each class includes controlled Pilates sequences that target the core, glutes, legs, and upper body, with precise cueing to help you move safely and effectively. Optional Pilates equipment such as ankle weights, resistance bands, blocks, and wheels may be used to enhance the workout, with modifications always offered.

    At a steady, mindful pace, Tone & Align is ideal for Pilates beginners learning foundational technique, as well as experienced practitioners looking to refine alignment and reconnect to their Pilates practice. This non-heated Pilates class is suitable for all levels and supports confident, sustainable movement.
